Does the Chronon plugin account for the .IntellijIdea13 folder being in a non-default location?

Is there a way to specify where Chronon will store/load the recording files when using the Intellij plugin? Due to some virus scanning performance issues I've moved my .IntellijIdea13 folder from my home directory (the default) to another location.

the intellij plugin is developed and supported by jetbrains, not by us. this question should be on their forum.
