We are trying out your product, but are struggling a bit.
Our IT-support guys have installed Chronon Recording Server, a Controller and 2 agents on VMs.
I'm accessing the Recordng Server UI to try out starting a recording.
However it fails fast with status: "Application not running".
See attached pics.
We are struggling to figure out what the problem can be because we don't find any logs for detailed information.
What could be wrong? Are there any logs for Controller/Recording server that could further help us in solving this problem?

you can view the controller logs in the controller/data/logs directory -

can you please paste the controller logs here so we can see whats going on.
it seems you are able to connect to the controller, which is why you see the application being listed. so we need to see whats going on between controller and application jvm -

which logs are you looking at. can you paste them here?
